This document establishes the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this website and the booking of the gastronomic experiences offered by Mani & Farina.

By accessing the website and booking an experience, the user fully accepts these terms.

1. General Information

Mani & Farina offers authentic in-person gastronomic experiences, featuring hands-on traditional Italian cooking activities.

These experiences do not constitute certified professional courses but recreational and cultural activities.

2. Booking

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• Payment of the required deposit
• Receipt of the confirmation email

Mani & Farina reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases of full capacity or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Payment

Payments are made by credit card or other payment methods available on the website.

To secure the reservation, an advance payment of part of the total amount is required.

The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the experience, before the activity begins.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 72 hours before the experience: full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellation after this period: the deposit is non-refundable.

If the experience is cancelled by the organization, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.

5. Participation

Participants must:

• Inform us of any food allergies or intolerances at the time of booking
• Follow the hygiene rules and instructions provided during the experience

Mani & Farina is not responsible for medical information that has not been communicated in advance.

6. Liability

Participation in the experience occurs under the participant’s personal responsibility.

Mani & Farina is not responsible for:

• Damages resulting from negligent or imprudent behavior
• Lost personal belongings

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including texts, images, logos, and graphic materials, are the property of Mani & Farina and may not be used without written authorization.
