Mani & Farina is not a cooking school. It is an authentic experience, just like those once shared in traditional homes across Puglia.

You step into the kitchen, put your hands in the flour, and cook together following ancient gestures, family recipes, and traditions passed down from generation to generation.

How the Experience Works

1- You arrive and we welcome you in a warm, authentic atmosphere.

2- We explain what we will do, step by step, in a relaxed and simple way.

3- A traditional aperitivo with local Puglian wine to start the experience.

4- Here you don’t just watch. You knead the dough and learn tradition.

5- You cook together with a Puglian chef, following family recipes and secrets passed down through generations.

6- At the end we sit together and enjoy the meal. We toast, laugh, and experience Puglia the traditional way.

The booking is confirmed with a 50% advance payment, required to secure your spot and allow us to prepare fresh ingredients and selected wines in advance.

Payment can be made using any credit card, national or international, through a secure and well-known payment platform, which ensures the protection of your personal data and transactions.

The remaining balance is paid on the day of the experience, before the activity begins.

It is a fully hands-on experience.
Each participant has their own workstation and personally prepares the orecchiette and the selected sauce.

This is not a demonstration. Here, you truly cook, with your hands in the flour.

The experience is guided step by step by an experienced Puglian chef.

No previous experience is required, only the desire to participate and experience the tradition.

The experience lasts about 2.5 hours.

Groups are small, with a maximum of 6 people, to ensure attention, quality, and an intimate, authentic atmosphere.

 

You can cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the experience and receive a full refund of the deposit.

If the cancellation occurs after this period, the deposit is non-refundable, as fresh ingredients and the organization of the experience are prepared in advance.

If the experience is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.
